Don't eat breakfast. Congratulations on the staff. On Sunday 29th, I was welcomed and attended by a lady who speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese. She is very professional and very friendly and attentive to the wishes of the clientele. I was able to observe during my stay how all the staff, she in a very special way receives and treats the clients in a very respectful way. I had problems during my whole stay to access the so-called whatsapp. She did everything possible to help me. I can't solve the problem but it's still worth the treatment and her dedication and her attempt to help me. I would not like the woman who was in charge of cleaning my bedroom. She is very good as a person and professional. However. internet service should be improved a lot and also because of the temperature regulation in the bedroom, It's great to have the New York Times and Figaro available to our clients. But. there is no low-calorie sugar. sucarol, in the hotel, only very high-calorie sugar, Finally, refrigerator should have a temperature that allows the clientele to keep. for example, fruit, Thank you very much,
I already said everything in the answers

Great Location with Cozy Vibes
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the enjoyable experience. The noise from the street and lack of soundproofing in the room was a downside.

We loved the folks at the front desk who were helpful and always available. We loved our room (554) and the design work of the bath and bedroom, everything so chic and comfy. The rug is fabulous! Having the fridge and safe were great. The location was absolutely terrific. We thought the cost was a little high.
We have absolutely nothing negative to say. It was a wonderful visit. The hotel was recommended to us by friends, and we will do the same.
